leadership training requires more than a event and takes several days. We hold our leadership training in multi day workshops filled with activities and sessions that build great leadership skills for all those who attend.

Solutions Boot Camp
The Solutions Boot Camp is an intensive three day workshop for small teams and individuals looking to quickly ramp up on their team leadership skills. It combines the teaching power of our unique experiential training with insightful discussions and meaningful social activities that allow participants to learn and practice the critical aspects of team leadership.

Here is a typical agenda for the Solutions Boot Camp

Day One
Arrive and Check In: 3:00 to 5:00 PM
Opening Reception: 5:00 to 10:00 PM
Keynote and welcome: Introduce program and welcome from Les Pardew.
Dinner and networking: Great food and making new friends
Escape Event: An engaging escape room style event where teams solve a mystery together
Debrief: Les will lead a discussion of the events and set the stage for how we will be learning together for the rest of the camp

Day Two
Breakfast and Networking: 7:30 to 8:30 AM - Time to meet and get to know fellow attendees
Mystery Escape Room: 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM - Group does two escape rooms with an hour-long intervention between teaching team members how to trust and respect each other.
Lunch and Networking: 1:00 to 2:00 PM - Time to meet and get to know fellow attendees
Hands on Activity: 2:00 to 4:00 PM - Each table will have a box of objects and a set of tools that those at the table need to work together on to create a teaching puzzle or activity to be presented to all attendees. The puzzle presentation will show to attendees and then show how it can be used to teach.
Break: 4:00 to 4:30 PM
Guest Speaker: 4:30 to 5:30 PM - Learn to inspire others by being and inspired leader.
Business Simulation Game: 5:30 to 6:30 PM - The game will show the importance of establishing and maintaining a common purpose.
Murder Mystery Dinner: 6:30 to 8:00 PM - A fun evening where we solve a mystery together.
Free Time: 8:00 PM to Bedtime

Day Three
Breakfast and Networking: 6:30 to 7:30 AM - Time to meet and get to know fellow attendees
Morning Adventure: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM includes lunch - Attendees will take a bus to the Utah Olympic park where they can participate in a number of exciting venues like bob sledding, zip lines, alpine slide, stunt jumping, ropes courses, drop tower, tours or other fun activities for both the thrill seeker and the not so thrill seeker.
Guest Speaker: 2:00 to 3:00 PM - Mastering fears and building a safe culture for new ideas
Mystery Escape Room: 3:30 to 5:30 PM - We return to the escape room and measure our team leadership skills and see how well all teams have improved from their first room adventure. A debriefing and assessment will follow.
Final Keynote: 6:00 to 7:00 PM - Leading problem solving teams
Evening Reception: 7:00 to 9:00 PM - Dinner and Certificates of completion
